MMM...Ok so we have established the new management sucks and is to blame for everything at Riverlake. Roaches...yep I can see that because in the month or so she has been here she has made sure to personally go in and infest your apartment with them herself...that means she is driven...good things are to come. Yep those buildings were falling quite a bit...that bad management they fixed them in less than a month I just can't believe they would do something like that...BAD BAD BAD...and yet still driven...good things are to come. We are all adults right'' Lets give real opinions not false information ok.

Okay, just to clarify, not ONCE did I blame management for the roaches, or the mold in my apartment. I blame the property itself. It is really apparent that the new management is on here (which I dont think they are supposed to be) trying to blame everyone else for riverlake's problems. Here's an idea- instead of trying to get defensive- how about doing something. Have you thought that maybe if I post this on here I'm an unhappy tenant and to try to figure out who I am and maybe FIX MY PROBLEMS. I don't think it's too much to ask considering I pay you rent every month. I am aware that you came into what you consider a mess. However, playing the blame game isn't going to make you look any better-on here its making you look petty. Fix the problems, don't just blow them off as "false information". I know it's not "false information" when Im sleeping and a roach goes across my bed. Not cool.

Don't employees know that they are not allowed to come here and rate. The website is for real consumer, for real tenants. This employee who replied to this tenant's concern about roaches ( and it's 100% true, roaches everywhere,I lived there)kept coming and response or post 5.0 rating. That's illegal. employee whatever your name is, you who you are don't come here again.

First of all I am not an employee just been here a long time its like a small town here everyone hears everything rightful problems I can understand but my comment was directed towards the bashing of the management not anyone with rightful complaints. Apartment living is all about neighbors. If your neighbor has roaches you get roaches. Just personally I only have an issue if someone moves out. Pest control comes in and days later gone. But my comment was posted directly at the ones hitting the new management as if all problems are her fault. Read through them you will figure out which they went to. As far as unhappy resident I can only speak from my experience I think its a great place to live. Again certify I am not an employee

since the new management took over, the place has gone to pot. i lived there 5 years. and the place is infested with roaches. and we could not take it anymore.now we live in a much nicer place now. it is looking like section 8 housing. all i heard about the last 6 months, is what they plan to do. and nothing has happened. i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sounds to me like that one person needs to step back. This web site is exactly for this purpose. to let people such as myself whom are looking for homes see reviews on EVERYONE'S opinion of this place. You can post your opinion of what you feel you like or love about the place. But to come here and make everyone feel bad for bashing or tell them it is false information is wrong. THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO TELL THEIR STORY!. If this complex is so worried they shouldn't have put themselves on here to be rated. And yes I will have to agree with the other people, this looks to me as if it is the employee's posting here. Because normal people would just leave their opinion's not come here to read and bash others for their's. Hmm. I will have to say I will not be looking here anytime soon as I wouldn't want to live where so many have said was so dirty. I am a clean freak and I have OCD bad. I would probably have a heart attack if I lived in filth and had a roach crawl on me while sleeping. THAT IS GROSS! Monica
