Hello....My family of five just moved into this complex the end of February. The managers knew we had two small children and one older and I even questioned the staff prior to move in about the carpet and the fact you can have pets here. She assured me if a pet had lived in the apartment previously it would be well cleaned. Well, first of all the kitchen was filthy from the floor to the inside of the cabinets. The two bathtubs were what I would consider gross, the bottoms were mostly dark brown and up the sides too. The carpet was awful. You could tell it had been steam cleaned, but there are probably three large reddish stains and numerous smaller dark stains. No matter how we place our furniture you can't hide them. The washer and dryer were dirty. The dryer vent had not been cleaned and there was soo much dog hair and the inside of the washer had leaves and lots of strings. Then to top it off, the first night the kitchen was crawling with roaches. I serioulsy advice anyone moving in to see it before your moving truck rolls up. We didn't and had no choice but ot move in. YUK!
