We have a young child who we wont let play on the grass due to the amount of dog droppings, and occasional aggresive dogs.
Staff have released notices and tried to impose fines for those not picking up after there pets and haveing them off there leads,but its tough in a small community to police these problems.
There have been occassions when dogs have been aggresive towards myself and my child.
The appartment carpet was full of dog hair and many months later are still vaccumming up dog hair.
Maintenance is not always as good as it could be.
We hear every arguement our neighbours have.
The construction is quite poor and the apartments are really looking worn.
The kitchen is very small and the cabinets are cheap looking.
Parking is good.The pool is nice.If you have a dog then this is a good place,i guess.
The whole appartment needs an overhaul.
