I have lived in Winter Oaks Apartments since March of 2003. Since that time, I have had to call the office 11 times for them to come and fix my A/C! They continue to tell me that it's a freon leak but they have yet to fix the problem and they continue to put me off.
I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and they would not send maintenance... all they did was tell me how to fix it myself.
I do not plan on renewing my lease here because all I've had is constant problems and they do not want to put any money into the complex to keep the residents happy.
