Welcome to section 8 housing. it is fast on its way to becoming that. Just try and a get a decent repair done and see how long it will take. My roof has leaked for over six months. Every time I have complained they get a patch. The place is old and it needs a new roof, but alass the management would rather not come to this realization and would instead insist on treating the tenents like they are not important enough. I would not recomend this place to anyone, and am starting a one person campaign to advertixe the truth about it.
