Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
Totally Ghetto! Never fix anything! Raised rent $780.00 in one year. Listed renewal rate of $530.00, then stated it was an incentive deal and would have to pay that incentive rate to get out of lease early!! You pay a $250.00 non refundable deposit for "decoration fee" for when you leave but they DO not replace carpets etc.
