Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
So dirty, residents are loud, have trashy cars ("shiny rims" on a 1995' avalon - how pathetic--you will see a lot of that), never shower, talk ghetto. Don't feel safe living here, feel like someone will pop a gun out and shoot me if I am not careful. Bathroom is about as big as a refrigerator. So many bugs.
If you are going to live here, you may feel safer wearing a bullet proof vest.
Not a lot of commodities either. Water smells like crap.
Speed bumps every foot.
