Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
NOISY! People hanging out in parking lot nightly, until after midnight. No outward appearance of security. Can hear every noise from neighboring apartments. Abandoned Furniture discarded on grounds, maintenance just mows grass around it!! Broken Glass on grounds and in parking lot.
