Winter Oaks Apartments

Berkshire AKA Winter Oaks From: RNchick Date posted: 1/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   I just finished my lease with them of 4 years. I have seen the come and go of new management and new employees. Although it had been a rougher neighborhood at times, I would like to think that now it seems to have gotten it act together. there is new owners, new property manager, new office girls, and I think they hired a new mantience supervisors. My repairs that i would report used to take weeks now, takes about 2 or 3 days. I requested a new sink in my bathroom and the manager walked my apartment and inspected it herself and got me a new one. they seem like they care now. If it wasnt for a job transfer to Michigan I would still stay there. They have seemed to clean house if you want my suggestion. my neighbors have had some issues themselves but as far as a community issue I dont hear cop cars anymore like i used to. I think it has come a far way. Coming from a resident of 4 years i would like to say thank you for stepping up to the plate. Berkshire has done well with the cards they are dealt.
