They showed us this nice beautiful new model and we thought it looked really nice. We went to move in, and our apartment (like all others except the model) was sooo ugly. The appliances (and cabinets) were original about 40 years old- our main toilet leaked so bad we couldn't use it for 2 weeks till maintenance got around to fixing it. The apartment above us had a serious fire due to poor electrical maintenance with their stove. And the FIRE department got to our apartment quicker than the "emergency" maintenance guys who showed up 20 minutes later! They also had not maintained their 40 year old water pipes and it flooded our apartment and RUINED our furniture-which they refused to do anything about except dry the carpets. In fact, when we moved in we tried to use our stove which smoked out the building due to faulty electrical wiring, so you know how they fixed it' Took one little wire out of our 40 yr old oven and replaced it with another old used wire. We absolutely hated living here. My husband was supposed to get a teacher discount the first month which they refused to honor. They kept giving us pool keys that did NOT work. The entire time we were there (1 yr) the hot tub NEVER worked at all. We had some good neighbors, some hideous & loud neighbors which they did nothing about. I wish I had read some reviews on this place before we moved in. It was the worst experience ever!

Wow why would you post something 2 years after you moved out? There has been a management changes and remodeled since then. I love it here
