We just moved in here in October 2009, so far everything is ok. We only chose this place due to the larger apartment (3br) for the lower price of a 2br elsewhere since they were running a special at this time. So far the only problems I see are maintenance - but they only have one maintenance guy for 460 apartments so I am very considerate of this since they are short staffed and understand sometimes it can take a few days to come look at a problem.

When we moved in we had roaches throughout apartment when we moved in (at night) so I had to get some traps and spray to kill them as these (german) roaches are not easy to get rid of, but so far with my steps and weekly pest control it seems to be erradicated. I would suggest they spray after tenants leave (this should be routine).

It isn't real noisy where I am, kids of course are around, not real bad though. Of course always take precautions for yourself (dont go out alone at night) and kids are not to be let loose unsupervised by you, which should be the norm for most of us anyway.

Haven't had my vehicles vandalized or touched in the few weeks I have been here but I did get full coverage just in case, but that issue is bound to be anywhere, not just here, simply put - don't leave valuables in the car and lock it up. Others who have had this happen stated to me that the vehicles were almost always unlocked.

Overall this week however we are pleased with it, we know they can get bogged down since they have a lot of apartments to manage, its fairly clean and not trashed up, no drug activity that I have seen so far outdoors. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves (neighbors) and staff is friendly to us so far. The pools are clean, park area is nice, haven't checked out the fitness center, laundry room where I am is clean and looks good.
