Much more good than bad - I moved in to Carlton Arms in May and I love it. I'm in a 2-bedroom on Colonial Drive, and I guess I just got lucky, because my neighbors are nice and quiet, and I love being so close to the back pool. I have been treated very well by the office staff, and the one service call I placed was handled right away. old aptartmets but like living there I lived here 4 years ago and miss it badly. Granted the apts need to be updated badly and there are no admenities like a pool or laundry room. The freakin space was great. Had a utility room the size of a bed room and a attic. The maintenance guy was very nice
