Much more good than bad - I moved in to Carlton Arms in May and I love it. I'm in a 2-bedroom on Colonial Drive, and I guess I just got lucky, because my neighbors are nice and quiet, and I love being so close to the back pool. I have been treated very well by the office staff, and the one service call I placed was handled right away. We only chose this place due to the larger apartment (3br) for the lower price of a 2br elsewhere since they were running a special at this time.
