Nice and peaceful - These apartments are now called Howell Crossing Apartments. The are old but you cannot hear your neighbors unless they are making excessive noise. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with families. I only had a problem with a few bugs. I think in two years, I saw two roaches and a few spiders, but other than that no real pest problem.
