Good place but terrible apartment staff

I'm currently living here.Found everything to be old,but newly painted to cover major problems.
The best part about the Management is that,they care only about snaching rent and really don't care about anything else.Try to make money at every possible opportunity.
*********** POINTS TO LOOK AT ***********
The great thing about the Apt complex is that,there is no drain on the roads.If it rains,it becomes really awkward with the water standing on the road and feels like swimming in the river.
And as you know standing water is a good welcome to mosquitos and hence diseases like fever etc.
And there's only one trash for the whole complex.
See how rediculous it is.I've never seen any apt complex like this with no facilities of drains and trash.
Infact I'm making a complaint to the sanitation department to look at this.
So whoever is looking at renting in the complex ,please think about it.
