Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I've been here almost two years. The location works for me and the people in the office are always friendly. Last week my garbage disposal broke and they came over right away and fixed it. If you want to live close to the UCF area it's better than most of the other choices. I'd recommend it.
