So far I've been impressed at Summer Chase with it being my "first place." There are many Full Sail students like myself here (which is not necessarily a bad thing). Most of the time it's very quiet at night and there's even a Deputy Sheriff that lives here too. The price is admittedly a little high, but I'd rather be here than down the road at some other places I've been past. The office staff have been very friendly and exceedingly helpful. I have not needed any repairs yet, so I'm not the best source in that category. There's plenty of parking available. The only issue for Full Sail student's with cars is that you're gonna be on the wrong side of SR436 (a VERY busy highway). Everyone has to do a U-eee southbound, just to go north again. Put this place on the east side of Semoran Blvd (436) and it would be likely the best complex for both walking and driven students. I've been quite happy here and would recommend it to others.
