I will let you know that it will be 3 years for me since I moved here to Summer Chase. I moved from Tampa and I love it. I was here when the property was with Conam Management and I want to say that at that time everything was going wrong. You were never able to talk to the manager at all or when you did get her attention it seemed like she just didn't care. Maintenance was very poor. They rigged more than they fixed. And try using the pools or amenities. But since they changed managment I have seen the real improvements with the maintenance and with the staff and manager. Everyone I have dealt with whether it be for maintenance stuff or just needing information from the people in the office, I have been treating very well and kindly. I will definately recommend to everyone I know Summer Chase. Floor plans are large and fairly affordable. Close to the schools and colleges as well as shopping. I don't think I will be leaving here for quite some time.
