Terrible Management and Customer Service

Customer service by leasing agents and Assistant Manager, as well as Manager (Dale) is terrible. They increased rent from the signed rental agreement by $30 without notifying us. They told us after we had driven 1800 miles. The manager had agreed to move w/d and "changed their minds" once we got there with our W/D.
We refused to sign and secured an apt. at Sea Brook where the customer service was awesome. I have submitted complaints to BBB and managing parent company

i could easily see this happening with the older management, im not sure if they have changed staff, but i have not seen much better out of the current maintenace staff.. and the staff/management has not been to informative about the schedule for the painting they have been doing to the apartments, which is nearly complete. for example, they have neglected to tell us when they were going to be painting doors (i came home one day to wet paint on the door, and the knob and deadbolt were covered with paint covered tape, so i had no way to get inside..) and while they have been painting the apartments, and have gotten paint of a few vehicles as well because they did not post a good schedule.. |
