I've lived at here for over a year and I am not impressed. When my lease is up I am moving as fast as I can. Several months ago we watched as men ran around the complex brandishing guns. One of them shot the other in the courtyard behind our apartment. There are holes in the balcony floor, the sides of the building are coming apart, drains are falling off of the buildings. Maintinance knows they do nothing and raise the rates. The management doesn't bother returning calls.. I could go on and on.

Just a warning.

Its a very bad place to live.
