While summer chase apartements are very spacious and attractive to the eye there are several issues that go unresolved. I have had serious electrical issue as well as minor issues. Summer Chase has yet to fix these issues and some are as serious as an oven that doesnt shut off, and central air unit that serverally leaks. Before moving in make sure the check list they give you has been completely looked over 2 or 3 times. That you ahve turned on and off all appliances as well as the smaller things.

even still, some people have done this, and gone over a year without these items being taken care of.. we have stayed here for over a year, and some of our maint still has not been completed.. the price is not worth the trouble in anyway! good location is the only thing this complex has going for it |
