i had an old washer n dryer in my apartment since day one... i called them over numerous times to get rid of it... never did. i moved out just a few weeks ago and i bet they are still sitting there from the tenant before me. my roommate had a flooding problem that took them awhile to fix. we also had to call animal control at one point because a rodent had found it's way in. the ladies at the office act annoyed with you starting the day after you sign a lease. it's not cool.
