Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I was robbed, I was charged for imaginary things they claimed they had to remove (we cleaned the apartment from top to bottom), one month after move in a guy was murdered outside my childrens window. Gun shots regularly. Don't think emergency maintanance is really available. They never fix anything then blame you and hold you responsible for the damages. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Beware of poor management as well. Bands practice loudly almost daily.
