When we moved in, the apartment had a constant mold smell and roaches came out when no one was home. We complained to management on numerous occations and they never did anything about it. When the new management took over we went and spoke to them on their first day and after telling them all the things wrong with the apt they decided to move us to a completely different apt. So far, I haven't had any problems with maintenance and management is always nice and willing to help. I have seen a lot of changes for the better. I would recommend these apts although the rent is a little steep but not unbearable.
