I have lived at Azure for a 4 months now and I really like it. The new company that took over has really turned this place around. When I moved into my apartment it had newer carpet and wood style flooring. They said the counters had been redone and the cabinents had been refaced. They really modernized it. Just recently they had a Dive in Movie party which was really cool. I like my apartment because the grounds are always neatly kept and when I call to have a work order done it's completed in a timely manner. It is close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. The office staff has really cool people there that are willing to help you. I just recently had my rent set up on direct deposit which makes it easy for me. I no longer have to write a check or use my credit card. If you want to live in Winter Park and need an affordable nice place to live come check out this place.
