Damn Garbage Stacked almost as high as the wall it sits next too! and it has been that way for a while it Stinks and its bad to look at! also they need to clean up some of these parking lots Cars that are abandoned just sit in the lots and never move for months just taking up empty space for NO REASON Move the -------, I remember several Months Back I saw a vehicle that was riddled with bullets and the management just let the vehicle sit there for several weeks what kind of message does that send' ( HEy We support bullets in CARS) The area is poorly lit up at night, Other then that I don't ever have any Sound Complaints Don't know what you might have heard but the Full Sail students are pretty quite, But I would rather check out other places before considering this place,

The incident that occured yesterday for your information was a random person picking cars and not the fault of the office. If you read the police report you would know that they do have security and the security officer chased after the person. The people in the office are very nice and I have always had my work orders taken care of since the new management has come in. The office suympathizes with all the people that had their tires slashed and are doing everything they can to fix the situation. I would definitely reccomend this place I think you are angry and taking it out on the office.

Well it is a shame that we have people in this world that go around slashing tires, but I dont think that the Office or community should be held accountable for one incident. Since Mckinley has took over the community, all my work orders have been done in a timely fashion and I have personally seen and spoken with the nightly security. I always feel safe, slashings happen everywhere. I recommend this property to all my friends and I dont think i will be moving anytime soon. Its also a shame that I have such Ignorant Nieghbors...

Let it be known that the mangement is the one's that post "good" reviews. When I lived in this horrid and pathetic place, I was told by a former office worker (while she was still an employee) that it is their practice to routinely write false reviews to make themselves look better. McKinley Management is just a slack as Greystar was. Azure Winter Park is not a safe place to live, and while they look nice from the outside the insides are poorly maintained and down right gross. And for their outrageous rent, you'd be better off to rent a house. DONT MOVE HERE!!
