What a dump!!! This place is a hole!! I just moved out after two years and I couldn't be happier to leave! I stayed the second year out of a lack of ability to move to another place. Absolutely NOTHING that they said they would do was done. If you want something fixed you can wish in one hand...Twice we had someone come into our apt and take a list of all that was wrong with it (including but not limited to-broken security locks on both doors, all kitchen drawers broken, both laundry room door dry rotted out of their sockets and fell out, the front door was on, get this!, UPSIDE DOWN AND BACKWARDS!, the refrigerator leaked puddles out from under it, and there was a giant fissure in the ceiling on the porch where swarms of wasps would come it) and then did absolutely nothing. We were given a phone number for a manager. She stopped answering our calls after the first call. We even put in a complaint to the corporate vice presidents and presidents (hence the second visit) but nothing was done. There were three MAJOR drug busts, gunshots fired, an attempted kidnapping and rape, a robbing at gunpoint in broad daylight, a rash of at least 30 car break ins in just OUR parking lot alone, (Our car and our roommates got broken into), home invasions, and the noise level was a constant problem. We had the making of the band living below us for over a year. Broken beer bottles, garbage, and glass littered the parking lot at all times. Our car was rear ended so hard it broke the license plate part of the tailgate, pushed the bumper in, and caused the brand new brakes (installed 5 hours before-no not kidding) to squeak and groan. We were twice fumigated almost to death by painters at 6-11pm. Mail went missing. We had a two inch lake in our dining room the week we moved out because the crappy pipes leaked when the washer and dryer company came (yeah we had to rent our own) to pick up the washer and dryer. So we got to pay for the water and the electricity to dry the carpet (the huge industrial fans and dehumidifier of the company they called to make sure their disgusting, stained, and spotted carpet was taken care of) and the floor. THEN, they had the BALLS to charge us a day's rent for returning the keys a few hours late. The hours they keep in the front office make it damned near impossible to actually get in there during the week. Oh, wait unless you are the disgusting riff-raff they so commonly let into that place that doesn't work! All this for the bargain price of what is it now $1400/month' Oh, yeah, don't forget to sign your asbestos and black mold waiver!! The vents are full of junk and your ac will probably break at least twice in the middle of the summer. ENJOY!!!! One more thing. The police don't even bother to show up anymore.

Embellishing a bit? brakes don't go bad cause your bumper got tapped a couple of times. been there a year and have had no major issues. Staff is always helpful and friendly and you always see maintenece workers around in the vacinity. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
