I have been living here for about 6 months and me and my fiance have been looking for someone new. by the way this is Azure and not Summerchase. When we first moved in on the 3rd day in the middle of July, our AC started leaking water in the hallway. then a week after the neighbors upstairs started leaking water through the floor into ours. So now I have a big mildewed smelly stain in the hallway. also the dishwasher hardly works. no I do not put dishes in with food still on them but it barely cleans them. they will not fix anything just rig it until it breaks again. also one morning both of my toilets were flooding so i called upon maintained who then called a plumber and found out that roots from trees were growing into the pipes....c'mon guys anyone who does the piping knows not to put pipes under where trees grow. the fridge sometimes leaks little puddles. and the people who live here just throw trash all around in the parking lot which is disgusting. hmm...the cheap ass plastic blinds break off all the time. i hear ALOT of noise all hours of the night and one family was robbed at gun point in broad daylight. you will have random people knock on your door and see scruffy, bum-like creatures (people) prowling the parking lot at night staggering all over the place. one of these guys were laying against the fence moaning like he had just shot up some drugs or something. I didnt check on him because if u are that ignorant you deserve to die. oh yea and people never pick up their dog's ----...the office staff are friendly but i guess dont have money in the budget to fix all these problems...basically if you go to Full Sail...do not use their housing guide because all the apartments are really horrible.

I think you mustbe somewhere else.. I have stayed with my family at Azure ( I am from Europe) and was even unpacking at 2. am - stayed for several weeks and saw none of what you re talking about. have you ever lived in a city?get a life!!

To the Anonymous Reply.....Europe is pretty dirty so you must be used to all the grossness. Or you might even be a STAFF MEMBER.

Been living there for a year and yes there are maintenence issues from time to time but all in all a nice place to stay.
