These other reviews must be a joke. This place is a dream. Where else can you get 5-Star sevice for 1-Star pricing. We were blown away by how nicely appointed the apartments are. Granite counter tops and hardwood floors to go along with brand new antique furniture. The 50 inch plama tv's were also a pleasant surprise. This gated community provides round the clock safety and security for my family. Rarely does a place this nice encourage dogs to roam around freely. Perfect for young couples and families on relocation. Easy access to the airport and local schools. My wife and I were surprised by how many local teachers live here as well. We constantly overheard them say how many opportunities there were for new teachers in the area. Don't wait. If there are any openings, they will go fast!

This review must be ajoke. There's nothing 5 star about this place. The counter tops aren't granite, they're particle board that's been painted over repeatedly. There aren't hardwood floors, there's bottom of the line carpet and linoleum. What the eff is new anique furniture? This isn't a gated community.. there are no gates, and most of the lights don't work. Dogs aren't allowed to roam freely. I don't think any teachers live here, it's 75% full sail students and 25% low income families. Spam.

You can tell thats someone that works here. All they do is lie hahaha. I've never seen a gate, and the counters suck.
