This apartment complex sucks so much ass I cant beleive they havent been burned by angry residents. When our heater broke it took 2 weeks to fix. Mind you it was 40 degrees at night. There are pot holes everywhere, the trash gets so bad you have to leave it on the grass BY the dumpster sometimes. The front office agents are rude, incompetent idiots.
Here?s the kicker: WHEN IT RAINS TOO HARD FOR TOO LONG, THE ROADS FLOOD.
I don?t mean the drain vents get a little over flooded..I mean I had a friend who had to have her car towed because the water was so high, it actually flooded the inside, and moved her car. If it looks like it will rain too much, I have to go move my car to a higher level.
My boyfriend?s car got stolen, I know the front office KNOWS about the drugs because one of the maintenance bought weed from a friend who was living there and selling out of his home.
When I moved in I had 7 friends with their own individual apartments living here. That was 1 year ago and all 8 of us have moved. PLEASE save yourself the trouble.
(PS we have to take them to small claims court for our security deposit)
