Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
If you don't mind loud noise, the sound of your neighbor beating his girlfriend through the wall, people fixing their cars after a wreck at 3am, people raising up their stereo six feet away from your apartment. The cops picking someone up there once a week. The Fire Department showing up twice a month. And just general discomfort with your personal safety. Yeah, I would say Emerald Bay is your ideal apartment complex.
