I don't know what these people are talking about. I loved living in E-bay. I never had a problem with the management or noise. I went to Full Sail and had a crazy sleeping schedule but I rarely had an issue sleeping. Maybe I liked it so much because it was a palace compared to where I was living before. Who knows.

I had Full Sail neighbors, and they do have the craziest hours on the planet, including classes in the middle of the night! It sounds like this anony had one of the "good" apartments in one of the "better" parts of the complex. There really are a few of those.
