I moved here to sunny florida from pennsylvania about a year and a half ago. my other apartment fell thru so my moving into this place was kinda last minute. in the entire time i lived at empirian i never felt at home, always worried about A break in on my car or home. my third set of neighbors in the nine onths i was there had there car stolen and the apartment across the walk looked like they were having a fifty cent show every night. my rent was always on time yet twice i was given an eviction notice only to find they had not updated there records and once i was served the neighbors eviction notice. all in all, stay away and edwin and john are total retarded -------s

I hear you on the break ins. Good thing my car has an alarm. My fiance's car had his CD player stolen, and my good friend's car had his speakers stolen! I swear to God this complex turns a nice little white girl in to a fighting ghetto ----- just to keep her home safe!

I hear you. I think edwin got canned, I haven't seen him in the office for the last week and a half. I wonder when they will wake up and fire John. This management is a piece of s--t

Edwin wasn't canned he moved on to better thing, the management there is never going to change. move out when you can. By the way we founded out that residents pay for other resident water thats way the water bills are always so high. Think about it there are no water meters in the apartements for them to know now much water was used that month. Management knows this and still continues to charge thier resident for water they know that they didn't use. And on top of all that evertime they fill the pools guest who is paying for all the water, ever time that thier are water leaks in a building which you know that their always water leaks guest who is paying for the water RESIDENTS like you! if you are a current residents there do yourself a favor and look into it.
