Don't be fooled by cheap rent!
Roaming dogs (pitbulls!!!), rude children, loud music with booming bass and drug dealers everywhere.
Watch your step as there is dog poop all over the place!
I got verbally abused by people many times for nicley asking them to pick up their dog poop. Not to mention the verbal sexual assaults I get as a white female trying to make my way to the mailbox.
Be safe everyone and don't rent here!!!!

Good point about ethnic mixing; I'm a white female, too, and I had problems with rude, sexual remarks from non-caucasian males. But the non-white females are the worst of the rude, especially in the laundry room.

I'm also a white female..A white female that used to like walking/jogging for exercize, but doesn't anymore because I can't do it without at least 5-6 guys pullig up beside me in their crappy cars trying to get me to get inside their car! Everyone is incredibly rude - no matter how many times you try to be nice! I wanted to check out the exercize room once. There were several unattended children in there that appeared to be between the ages of 6-7. They saw me peering in (after I decided not to go in because I didn't feel like exercizing with a ton of little kids) and opened the door..The politely asked me if I would like to come in. I politely declined and thought to myself that they were cute..that's when they proved me wrong by saying "That's right, cuz we run this -----!" I was appalled to say the least. I know personally of a few drug dealers that live here. I only know it because they have no shame and don't intend on hiding the fact that they sell drugs. Not just marijuana, either. I've seen people sell crack/coke here. It's ridiculous. I'm scared to even sleep here at night. Not to mention that Rinker materials is directly behind the back of the complex..so we have the distinct pleasure of hearing heavy machineryt breaking up concrete at 3 or 4 in the morning. |
