First of all, you don't need to read any further than the first two sentences. This place is hell on Earth and you don't need to be here unless you are a very poor, uneducated, spanish speaking thief with about 6 children or so! If you are still reading...I'm amazed! The repairs needed are great and the response is always minimal. Dogs and cats running all over the place, and kids are playing "Kill the baby" in the parking lots with sticks, rocks and whatever they can find.

I hear small 7-12 year old children outside til at least 10 every night. The break windshields of cars for fun! These kids have some serious issues, and many of them speak Spanish or serious Ebonics.

I've been broken into by a guy who had a gun and threatened my life. Luckily, I called the police while he was at the door and they were on the phone during this encounter.

The laundry facilities are terrible and usually do not work. The machines gladly take your money though!!!

I've been bitten by a brown recluse two times in these apartments and the apartment complex is yet to even come up and spray! I've had to go to Wal-Mart and buy several foggers myself.

Dear God...if you are considering this place, please choose any place other than here! My lease is up in just 10 days and I'm off to Metro West. I don't know if it'll be good or not over there, but it sure as hell can't be any worse than Empirian!

They slash tires for fun, too. My tires aren't being made anymore, so they cost me about 130 bucks a piece. My tires have been slashed 4 times in less than a year. I don't even KNOW anyone around here, so I don't have enemies. Kids do it for fun, not realizing that the reason we live in this hell hole to begin with is because we don't have a lot of money!
