ALL THE SPRINKLERS ARE BROKEN SO THAT THEY FLOOD THE ROADS, THE WINDOWS LEAK AIR. WE HAVE HAD A BROKEN SMELLY TOILET FOR WELL OVER 3 MONTHS WHICH WE HAVE REPEATEDLY TOLD THEM ABOUT AND YET IT IS STILL BROKEN, OUR BLINDS BREAK CONSTANTLY, OUR FRONT DOOR COULD EASILY BE KICKED IN, BESIDES THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO WEATHER STRIPPING. OUR AIR CONDITIONER IS BROKEN, THE EXTERMINATOR RALEY COMES (HE IS SUPPOSED TO COME EVERY 2 WEEKS ACCORDING TO THE OFFICE) WE PAY FOR THE WATER FOR THE 10 PEOPLE THAT LIVE NEXT DOOR, BESIDES THE FACT THAT HALF OF OUR CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN HAVE ROTTED THROUGH OR THE DOORS FALLEN OFF, OUR FAUCET IN THE BATHROOM TUB IS LEAKING(ALMOST AS BAD AS HAVING IT TURNED ON 24/7) NOBODY CLEANS UP AFTER THEIR DOGS SO YOU HAVE TO ALWAYS WATCH WHERE YOU WALK. AND I DONT FEEL SAFE ENOUGH TO GO OUTSIDE TO WALK MY DOG AT NIGHT UNLESS I HAVE A LARGE MALE WITH ME. THIS PLACE SUCKS. THE MANAGEMENT IS LESS THAN HELPFUL. OH YEAH, AND THE FEE FOR THE BACKGROUND CHECKS THAT WE ALL HAD TO PAY FOR(NEARLY $100) THEY KEPT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT EVEN RUN THE CHECKS

This sounds pretty horrible. If you submit written requests to the management, you can probably legally get out of your lease if they are not fixing your problems in a timely manner. Also, the $100 was a holding fee. There was a $50 charge for background checks. I know because I just paid it. So far, personally, I don't like how the office staff is unresponsive. I haven't moved in yet, but they never called me when I was approved. I waited a month to hear from them then finally called myself. Today I am trying to get my new address, but it appears nobody is in the office today as everyone is getting voicemail.

of course they don't run background checks! if they did, all these crack dealers, crack whores, crack heads, prostitutes, and just generally ghetto pieces of trash wouldn't live here.

I paid 150 bucks total for this place, and after reading these reviews I was shocked. Thank you for saving me from moving in.

Im attending school at full sail in august and I already paid the $100 fee at this seemingly godforsaken place....Thanks for the reviews so I can find somewhere else and I feel sorry for those of you that have to live there now. I guess I should have done the research before I paid :(
