I had many problems in my apartment and they haven't been fixed since I told the office six month ago. Many of the officers in the office are very careless and rude. Finally I called the orange county code enforcement office and issue an official complaint about my situation and they sent a officer to my apartment to investigate and take pictures of all the broken and unsafe things like my window and the patio door. Now orange county has sent this horrible apartment office a notice of violation of laws and they are going to be sued by orange county government.
I really want to strongly suggest the current residents of Berkshires at Winter Park just call the orange county code enforcement office once you have unfixed problems lasting a long time in your apartment.

yeah brother I feel your pain. They lie about showing up, but the maintenance people (some of them) will write it down that they visited. We had the same problem. I'd take days off of work becuase they would say that a repairman would come. Then they would never show, and I would wait alllll day! I missed so many days of work for these jerkoffs. Hopefully the people who just bought it out will make sure that their customers (because thats what we are for doggones sake) are actually taken care of instead!
