Every washing machine in this complex is BROKEN. And I'm pregnant with no transportation..not supposed to be lugging laundry all around town trying to wash my damn clothes!

Our water heater hasn't worked properly since February 18th, 2005 when we moved in!

Not only that, but now I have to freaking PLUNGE the toilet after every single FLUSH - and no, I'm not flushing a bunch of "crap" (no pun intended) down the toilet. Just what you'd expect a toilet to be able to flush. It is VILE. And I have to do this after every freaking flush' Are you kidding me'

I've run out of fingers and toes to count how many times our A/C has broken.

The apartments are VERY easily broken into, and after we were burglarized in November, I dare someone to give me hell about changing the locks and modifying the back sliding glass door to make it virutally impossible for us to be broken into again.

We have problems with our window as well..

Not to mention that you can literally SEE every stud in the wall and every ceiling beam in the ceiling. Very poor construction. Laughable. My unborn child could have done a better job building these cheap shanties they call apartments.

Don't get me started on the NOISE all these stupid GHETTO people make constantly at ALL hours of the night.

Oh and the concrete plant behind the apartment complex. Who could forget that' My apartment is right in front of this concrete plant, so we have the pleasure of listening to rocks tumble and large machinery backing up (with all the beeping) at literally all hours of the night. I've been so pissed before that I've thrown rocks at the people driving these machines at 3AM because they won't let me sleep!

Living here has been the absolute WORST experience in my life. I seriously cry just about everyday because of SOMETHING that makes life CRAPPY around here because of the poor management system!

Not to mention I just called maintenance..AGAIN..and they change the name to Brookshire at Winter Park. They're DESPERATELY trying to hide their awful reputation.

Well not as long as there are ------- like me who live here, because I'll get the word known.

Unless you're a prostitute, drug addict, drug dealer, don't come living here.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen the cops and choppers flying overhead around here.

IT IS NOT SAFE. CAN I BE ANY CLEARER'

My kitchen drawers are FALLING apart. I've called maintenance, and they've fixed it. It lasted about an hour each time. I give up now.

The painting' Jesus Christ. Kindergarteners with watercolors could have made these apartments look more liveable. The paint peels off, it's unbelievable the amount of brush hairs and knicks in the wall and even PAPER they've tried to cover up with paint.

I seriously think I'd rather put a pistol in my mouth and blow my head clean off my shoulders than live here any longer.

I will praise Jesus for all eternity the day I get to leave this hell hole.

Like a lot of marines say, "I know I'm going to heaven, because I've served my time in hell!"

Hi, I don't know if you'd tried to call the code enforcement office of Orange County to issue an official complaint about this damn apartment. I live in the same apartment now and I did have an officer of code enforcement office coming to my apartment to investigate all the broken components after I called them. If you don't know this method you might want to give it a try and I hope this information will help you.
