There is so many problems with this place. First of all, they fail to take responsibility for anything. If something happens, its pretty much your fault and you have to deal with it. If you have a plumbing problem and water is getting everywhere, it will take maintenace a good 4 days to take a look at it cuz the front office says their are more important things to take care of. Also make sure you get a recipt for ALL of your deposits. We tried to get another dog and wanted to be responsible and pay the deposit. Well, it turns out that the $400 we gave them for the dog we had was unacounted for and they did nothing to help us. They said it was our fault that we didn't get a recipt and wanted us to not only pay for the new dog, but the one we allready had as well. It turns out one of the front office ladies was stealing the money. But, that didn't matter. One of the mant things that the front office was always bitching about was dog poop, and dog breeds that were not accepted. Well, I can understand that. But, how are they going to get away with that if one of their own staff had a pitt bull and never cleaned up after her dog. Who knows what else is going one up there. Plus the rent they charge is not worth it at all. We will be moving into a 2 bdrm 2 bath house downtown for only $750. Thats a good deal. Whats up with the big rectangular hole in the wall by the side entrance'
