I lived here for almost 2 years, July of 2006 to March of 2008. This place is awful. The office staff is the worst. Every time you go in to talk to them about anything they are very rude and unhelpful. They always change their word on things they tell you. My apartment wasn't to bad but the area is not nice and as a single female I did not feel safe living there. When I moved in my carpet was old and stained. Many things were broken, including the sliding door which had a huge gap in it. These apartments do not hold cold air well so plan on spending a lot for your electric. The cable wires are so old and split so many times that I had a hard time getting internet. These apartments lure you in by being affordable but I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Agreed, I'm moving out in two days!!!! thank god! I have creepy neighbors, and the maintainence guys hit on me when I walk to my apartment. I never feel safe here. My carpet was stained already too, and my stove didn't work (half of it still doesn't)

The apartments are being completely remodeled as tenants move out. I just moved in and the apartment was in like new condition. New appliances/paint/carpet/cabinets. There was a problem with the front door and slider when we moved in but the friendly maintenance staff fixed it within 2 days of move in.
