My daughter lived here for 1 year. At the end we sent a check for rent that was 6 days late. We spoke with the office and indicated we would send a check with late fees. No problem. 4-5 days later my daughter gets a call stating that they do not take personal checks when rent is late. We were assured that the personal check would not be cashed. We drew money out of her account and got a cashiers check from the bank and sent it in. These -------s cashed the personal check over drawing my daughters account and are dragging thier feet on returning the cashiers check. We were originnaly told they would overnight the check and now 4 days later we were informed that it will come Fed-x 2 day. These people are liars and con artists. Be very aware that if you rent an apartment here you will be lied to, treated rudely and possibly ripped off.

You are so right, these guys are nothing but con artist they run a horrible business, one of the pipes broke in my apartment and it took them 2 whole days to get it fixed and when i went to claim the stuff that had been damaged they said they couldnt pay cause i had no apartment insurance regardless of the fact that if i had insurance it would of never covered me because the broken pipe came from my next door neighbor and to top it off, they said they would pay for the damages later and all they did was credit me in the rent so i had to use it from my own money which was for rent forcing me be late and give me a late fee!!!
