I have lived in the Berkshires Community for 2 months now and I am very pleased. The layout is spacious and inviting. The carpet, paint, appliances, and cabinets are all brand new. The washer and dryer is of high efficiency. The windows seem old, but our electric bill doesn't seem high for a 1000 sq feet apartment.(about $140/mo with 4 occupants). We moved here because its close proximity to Full Sail. The staff seem friendly and ready to help. The maintenance staff seem trustworthy and respond to calls within hours. So far I have no complaints about the Berkshires. I'll keep you posted.

I felt that way for the first few months I lived there too. then everything started falling apart, the bugs moved in, and the screaming couple with a gun started running around.
