After I moved out, they sent me a bill for carpet replacement. The funny thing is that the carpet was old when I moved in, and I lived there for over 3 years! If the carpet was ruined at all, it was because the pipes in that crappy place leaked constantly. But, absent of lab analysis, it was dog pee the ruined the carpet, not their rickety plumbing. Gimmie a break.

But I was glad to get out of there, because my upstairs neighbor partied till sunrise each night and my downstairs neighbor beat his girlfriend all the time. Tough to sleep with all that screaming going on. Oh, and let's not forget the time I saw homeless people sleeping by the mail kiosk, or the rash of car burgularies, or the diseased family of raccoons that have taken over the dumpster. Yep, Bishop Park is a renter's paradise I tell ya.

Avoid this place like the plague.
