The lease signing is where Bishop Park really puts on the show. They'll move heaven and earth for you. They'll put you in a golf cart and show you the best model they have. They'll welcome your pet with open arms.

Here's what you won't see until you move in:
- Car break-ins
- Non-existent security
- Dozens of raccoons in the dumpster
- Loud parties until 4am every night
- Ineffective on-site security

And here's what you won't see until you move out:
- If you had a dog, they will bill you for carpet replacement. It's true about the pet fee not being anything but a shakedown. The pet fee is no protection at all.
- If you didn't have a dog, they will bill you for cleaning the oven, fridge, stove, shower...
- Equity Residential will go after your credit rating if you don't pay up.
- Check out the BBB.org website for any other cases of consumer abuse courtesy of Bishop Park. You'll learn a thing ot two.

Bishop Park is going down, and fast. The neighboring area is high-crime, and it is spreading. It appears as though Bishop Park is currently experiencing an occupancy crisis (many, many empty units), and soon their tenancy standards will drop in order to fill those units. Say hello to your new crack-dealing neighbors! I hope you have a good car alarm.

There are dozens of superior rental properties further down 436, properties where a pet deposit is truly a pet deposit, and the management is scrupulous enough to not try to punish or extort excessive BS fees from departing renters.

If you're looking, don't waste your time and definetely don't fall for the pre-rental song and dance number. If you live there now, run away as fast as you can!!!
