For the money, no way!

First of all, the rent at Bishop Park is extremely high, extremely. I am paying $900.00 a month for a crappy 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is falling apart, the leasing staff refuses to fix anything, my power bill is over $200.00 a month, and once again, the leasing staff refuses to do anything about my decrepid apartment.
They really win you over with kindness when signing your lease but things dramatically change as soon as you move in. To make matters worse, the gates are always broken and my car got broken into. I am counting down the days until I can move out of this expensive ---- hole.
