Uh oh, their mgt company has been caught being naughty!

A suit seeking class-action status, has been filed against Chicago-based Equity Residential alleging they unlawfully charges 60 days' rent and a one-month "lease fulfillment fee" to let tenants out of their leases early.

The suit, filed in Florida by four tenants, claims the company is violating the Consumer Collection Practices Act and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
