First of all you knew when you moved in and signed a lease "CONTRACT" that they required a 60 day notice and 1 months rent to break a "CONTRACT". I have lived in other complesx's with different companies that required the same thing. It is a business and a contract you sign to stay for the time YOU agreed upon. OK so lets blame the people who work there for the fact that people don't clean up after their own pets. Why should the maintanance people have to clean up YOUR dogs poop! Clean up after your own pet as required in the lease ands stop whining. It goes with the privalege of owning a pet. I like my apartment here and the people who work here are nice and helpful.I also will be buying a home through their home purchase program which I have never seen offered anywhere else. This is a great place to live and people who complain should realize that housing ANTWHERE even in a house is not perfect!
