Ok so the comment about the gate.. the gate has been up and running for a while now. And all I can say to that is at least we have one and they try to fix it. Of course any place that you live in people will sit there and follow people in. That goes for anywhere, even gated subhouse divisions. The only place that you are not going to get someone following you in somewhere is if you have a guard standing 24/7 at the front. And if you have money to live in a place like that, then why are you here' Otherwise your complaints are worthless. Also I have seen the courtesy officer many times. He has even chased me out of the pool a few times at night. The pool is dirty, but I also spend a lot of time out there and they clean it every morning. The reason its dirty is because of those trees around the pool.. it blows all kinda of junk into the pool. I have been into the office to complain about it and they have told me that the trees will be ripped out sometime this winter. Then the cleaning, you must have just had a bad experience because when I moved in just over a year ago, everything was great in my apartment. The only problem I had was that my feet were turning black from the new berber carpet they put in, but after a carpet shampoo, which they paid for, that went away. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
