I agree with both. The walls are paper thin, but have rarely had any problems. Doogie dood is getting better since they took action. I did not have to pay a security deposit either. Maintence is great although my hot water does run out in about the same time as the last person. Crime has never been a issue with me and I feel extremly safe. You get what you pay for, and I have been happy with what I got. If I did want a newer place it would definatly be about half the size for more amount of money. Im ok here. I will stay.
