I moved in July 2004 into a 1/1..The Bishop. The medium of the 1 bedrooms. I am a college student and live by myself and feel very safe here. I've never encountered any real problems here. I have VERY hot water and anyone who comes to visit says so as well. It's hotter than your average house. I've never had an issue with water pressure, and have had up to 3 people taking showers once or twice a day during the hurricane. Power was restored the night after hurricane Charley. Shortly after moving in I discovered my garbage disposal wasn't working and they were out the very next morning to fix it, haven't had problems since. My name also wasnt on the gate directory and called and left them a message about that and they fixed that when the office opened the next day as well.

The only complaints I have are that the gate is broken a lot, recently its been hit by lightning and had trees crash down on it but I know plenty of communities that have problems with their gates too. Recently my downstairs neighbors have been playing music loud at night and I complained to the office and the next day a sticker and notice was placed on their door. Haven't had major problems since. I don't have problems with hearing my neighbors other than that. It's VERY quiet, one of the quietest complexes I've seen.

Overall, I love it here. I really have no complaints. No maintenance problems, no stench, no car break ins, nothing! Live here, you will love it!
