Infested with bugs!!

I move to Bishop Park apartments because of its beautiful landscaping, plantation house style and tropical feel. There is a saying, never judge a book by its cover. That is the wisest approach for a renter who is considering living at this property. I never thought based on its appearence in side and out that Bishop Park would turn out to be a horrible experience but it has been!! The complex is not well kept up at all. Trash can be found on the grounds near several buildings. Dogs are allowed by owners to leave their calling cards, and trash deposit are located in badly lit areas were tenents could be mugged or harmed.Inside the apartments floods and leaks are far too common place which explains why every tenant MUST acquire renters insurance prior to moving in. Basicly this is a place that is ran by owners who don't invest in its up keep enough to make it worth a renter consider spending good money for the services offer. Those things are bad enough but what tops them all is the fact that my apartment along with my neighbors are infested with silverfish,HUGH water bugs and roaches and baby hatchlings. In a word, this is a lovely looking bug nest and for the high cost of these apartments ($670-$900)per months, you can find much better!! The maintence crew who try to do their job are put in a position of having to make excuses for the shabby condition of the property. If you want to live in a place were needed repairs are patched instead of repaired this is the place to live!
